Orange Rum Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh brewed dark roast coffee
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 oz gold rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 strip of orange peel and finely grated zest
- Whipped cream
- Grated dark chocolate
Directions:
1. Brew coffee
2. Stir coffee and sugar together until sugar dissolves
3. Stir in both rum types
4. Garnish with whipped cream, then orange zest, then orange peel.
5. Top with grated chocolate and cinnamon
