Casino Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
- 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 5 oz of hot black coffee
- 1 1/2 oz whipped cream
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions:
1. Brew coffee.
2. Pour brandy, coffee, creme de cacao, and amaretto into Irish coffee cup.
3. Sweeten to taste.
4. Float cream on top and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

English Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz London dry gin
- 1/3 oz triple sec
- 1/3 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
- 5 ozhot black coffee
- 1 1/2 oz whipped cream
- 1 tsp triple sec
Directions:
1. Brew coffee
2. Pour coffee, gin, triple sec, and kahlua into an Irish coffee cup.
3. Sweeten to taste.
4. Float cream on top and add a teaspoon of triple sec.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz brewed coffee
- 1 and 1/2 oz Tequila
- 1/2 oz coffee liquor
- 2 tbs Agave Nectar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Grated nutmeg for garnish
Directions:
1. Brew coffee.
2. Combine agave nectar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract into bowl and beat until firm.
3. Combine tequila, coffee liquor, and coffee in mug.
4. Top with cream mixture and nutmeg.
5. Enjoy this hot beverage with a kick!
Kahlua Chocolate Mocha Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 oz espresso
- 3 tbs chocolate syrup
- 4 oz milk
- 2 oz Kahlua
Directions:
