Mocha-Latte Blanco

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 oz. white chopped white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup brandy or rum
  • 2 tbs. Nescafe Clasico instant coffee granules
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Bring milk and water to a boil in medium saucepan. Remove from heat.
2. Whisk in white chocolate until smooth and melted.
3. Whisk in brandy or rum, coffee granules, and vanilla extract until blended.
4. Return to heat and whisk until frothy.
5. Serve and enjoy!

 

White and Milk Chocolate Mocha

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 tbs white chocolate syrup
  • 1 1/2 tbs chocolate syrup
  • 1.5 oz. espresso
  • 1 tbs whipped cream

Instructions

1. Brew espresso

2. Froth milk

3. Pour both chocolate syrups into coffee mug

4. Add espresso to mug

5. Pour in frothed milk

6. Add whipped cream for garnishment

7. Enjoy!
