1 tablespoon brown sugar 1/4 cup half-and-half 1 tablespoon caramel ice cream topping 3/4 cup hot, brewed coffee Stir brown sugar into half-and-half until dissolved. Holiday Spiced Coffee with Brandied Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

1/4 cup whipped cream

1 and a half tbs. powdered sugar

1 tbs brandy

1 freshly ground cup of your favorite blend, preferably medium roast

1 tbs sugar

5 tbs ground cardamom

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ground nutmeg

7 cups water

Directions:

1. Ground coffee

2. Mix coffee, cardamom, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon in coffee filter. Mix gently using spoon whilst in filter.

3. Pour in water and start brew

4. Divide coffee into eight serving cups

5. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

Coffee Martini

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 oz Vodka
  • 3/4 oz hazelnut liquor
  • 1 piece lemon zest twist
  • 1 oz cold, fresh brewed espresso

Directions:

1. Brew espresso

2. In cocktail shaker add vodka, hazelnut liquor, and espresso.

3. Shake well

4. Garnish with lemon zest twist

5. Enjoy!
