Mocha Coffee Sauce


1/4 cup of chocolate chips
1-teaspoon cornstarch
1 tbsp coffee
1/2 cup of water
2 tbsp butter


Melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat
Brew the coffee with the water
Pour brewed coffee into cup; add the cornstarch
Stir until the cornstarch is dissolved
Pour the coffee-cornstarch mixture into the saucepan with the melted chocolate
Mix, add the butter
Mix until the butter is melted
Ready to serve over ├ęclairs, ice cream, cheesecake, parfaits, or cakes
