Quick Mochaccino

Ingredients:

  • 6 ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbs whipped cream

Directions:

1. Blend your milk, ice cubes, sugar, cocoa, vanilla extract, and instant coffee in a blender until smooth.

2. Coat the inside of your glass with chocolate syrup.

3. Pour coffee mixture into glass.

4. Top with whipped cream and cocoa dusting.

5. Enjoy!

 

Cappuccino on Ice

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 cups fresh brewed coffee, strong
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup half and half cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Brew coffee

2. Combine coffee and milk in a medium bowl.

3. Whisk half and half and vanilla in with coffee mixture until well blended.

4. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Japanese Iced Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup coffee ground coarse
  • 9 oz boiled water
  • Heat resistant vessel
  • 16 oz of ice
  • French Press Coffee brewer

Directions:

1. Grind coffee and pour into French press.

2. Boil your water and add to French press. Let steep for 2 minutes, then slowly plunge down your coffee.

3. Add cream and sugar (if desired) and iced to glass. Pour coffee as aggressively as possible into glass.

4. Enjoy!

Chocolate Vanilla Cream Iced Coffee

Iced Coffee Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 4 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice

Directions:

1. Dissolve coffee granules in water in a large bowl.

2. Add sugar, half and half, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.

3. Pour over ice and add a straw – voila! Delicious in a glass.

Hint: Can also be poured into blender with ice to make a frappuccino!

Simple Ice Cream Blended Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 5 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 5 cubes ice

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients into blender.

2. Blend on medium until smooth

3. Pour into glasses

4. Top with whipped cream and serve
